Why Cleanse?

A Juice Station cleanse is a great way to ignite your body’s natural healing powers while increasing energy levels and simply feeling better overall. When's the right time to cleanse?

Some recommend starting a cleanse during seasonal changes, or when you are feeling lethargic and congested. However, the right time to start a cleanse is anytime you are ready! Like everything else, when you are ready for a change you are most likely to succeed at making that change.

How many Days should I Cleanse?

We offer different levels of cleansing and encourage customization to meet your personal preferences. You decide – choose to start slow with a 3-day and build up to 5-days as that is the most effective. If you’re considering a cleanse, stop in and chat with us to customize a plan that works for you.

What you Get

Each drink is numbered in the order in which it should be consumed.

Suggested Beginner Cleanse Schedule

When you wake up, take the Wheatgrass shot on an empty stomach. Then start with the first of the numbered drinks (Probiotic) approximately twenty minutes later.   After that, consume a drink every two hours.

*Consider adding an optional plant-based meal at end of day. 

Be sure to drink water throughout the day in addition to this menu. As always, we suggest checking with your doctor before beginning any special diet program.
